The American Customer Satisfaction Index recently published it’s social media rankings. Google plus and WikiPedia tied for the top spot while Facebook missed last place only to the largely irrelevant MySpace. This is surprising considering that Facebook has such a large market share.
One of the main reasons for people’s disdain for Facebook is the advertising. Although it costs nothing to join, many people dislike the ads. The absence of ads was one of the key factors of Google Plus coming tied for the top spot.
