Joel is an innovative thinker who strives to find impactful and efficient ways to reach a client’s target audience. He’s the person that everyone at the table turns to for guidance and fresh ideas.

The founder and leader of RPM, Joel gained experience in the business working at full-service ad agencies in San Diego, Phoenix, Louisville and Chicago. He is one of the most respected media executives in the region, and is a 20-year veteran of the industry.

He earned a degree in advertising from Texas Tech University and has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Kentucky. Joel also is active in the community serving on a variety of education and civic group boards.
