The founder and leader of RPM, Joel gained experience in the business working at full-service ad agencies in San Diego, Phoenix, Louisville and Chicago. He is one of the most respected media executives in the region, and is a 20-year veteran of the industry.

He earned a degree in advertising from Texas Tech University and has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Kentucky. Joel also is active in the community serving on a variety of education and civic group boards.
